EXCHANGE POLICY — Football Uniform

This exchange policy is valid from Apr 2023.

Conditions for making an exchange

  • According to the consumer protection code, the customer can request the exchange of a product within 30 days after receipt if it is defective, but we offer the customer a 40-day guarantee because we are very confident in the quality of our product. Or in case of returns without reason, the period is 7 days after receipt.

Conditions for making a defect-free exchange within 7 days

  • If you wish to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, in the same conditions as you received it.

How to request an exchange ?

  • Send an email to suporte@fardadeboleiro.com.br or a message via Whatsapp (43 99973-3166), informing your full name, order number and reason for exchange.
  • If the Exchange/Return is due to a defect, we will generate your label for you to take to the nearest post office!
  • If the exchange is within 7 days after arrival and was chosen by the customer, shipping is 100% the customer's responsibility, where we will forward our address to him/her.

Returns and Exchanges will not be allowed in case of

  • The product has defects that are NOT factory defects;
  • The product is sent incomplete;
  • The product has personalization (such as name and number);

When will the customer receive the Refund or Exchange ?

  • As soon as the package arrives at our address, it will be checked and if it is confirmed that everything is correct with the products purchased, we will place a new order if the customer wishes to exchange it, or in the case of a refund, the money will be returned within 2 business days.

  • Payments made via Pix or Boleto are refunded via Pix to make things easier and help the customer. If they paid via Boleto, we refund them with the Boleto discount !
  • Payments made via credit card require a refund (the refund amount will be processed within 72 business hours or on the buyer's next invoice)
