My Order Was Taxed, What Do I Do ?

  • Don't worry, taxation is part of all imports, but here at Farda de Boleiro we cover 100% of the Customs Fee!
  • Your fee will always be paid as soon as it is released and it takes within 1 business day for payment to be confirmed and for the post office to release your order!

My deadline has expired, what happened ?

  • Several factors can influence the delay of your order, Commemorative Dates, Product Unavailability, Customs accumulation of orders.
  • If 30 calendar days pass and your order has not been tracked, we will ensure that it is returned or sent again!

Do orders contain tracking codes?

  • Yes, all orders contain it and after dispatch you will receive this code via email, being able to track your order either via email with notifications or track it on our website or on the post office website!

Do the products have a warranty?

  • 7 calendar days for any reason (after purchase arrives)
  • 40 calendar days for defects (after purchase arrives)

Request not authorized, why?

I want to cancel my Order but it is in transit, what do I do?
