How to request a refund due to regret:

If you are not satisfied with the product or regret the purchase, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

Send an email to suporte@fardadeboleiro.com.br or a message via WhatsApp, informing your full name and order number. The request for you to receive the refund will be made within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

Return period for each method:

• Credit Card: 2 to 3 Invoices for Reimbursement
• PIX and Boleto : We refund within 10 business days

How to request a return for defective products:

According to Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days, counting from the date the order is received at your address.

Send an email to suporte@fardadeboleiro.com.br , providing your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 7 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

How to return products:

You must pack the product securely or even with the original packaging, and follow it to the post office, if the product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs, if it is due to dissatisfaction or size error, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs!
